Child sized urinals

Is there some law that says there has to be at least one of these in every men's restroom? The bathroom at work has two urinals one of which is six inches off the floor even though no children ever use this bathroom.

could you imagine being the one guy in the office who's too short for the urinals, and having to complain about it?

Those aren't children's urinals, they are for guys with really long schwantzes. The real discrimination is with really tall guys with small penii. What are they to do, pee on top? squat down?

I don't mind using them; it makes me feel taller.
