it's a deal.

Hey Mike, what'd we decide on the retro points issue? If it's going to happen it should happen sooner than later, IMO>

Elvis:

I sent out an e-mail today to all the league members who haven't voted, requesting their feedback. Today is the last day to do it, and with only 3 members voting so far, I was hoping to have a more representative vote than that.

I can't access the league at work, but I'll check tonight to see if anyone else has given a definitive vote. ("Either way" doesn't really count as a vote.) I set the voting deadline at 11pm CT.

Stay tuned to the league message board for votes/discussion/a final decision.

Since we only had 5 definitive votes (3-2 in favor), we didn't get the 75% feedback I was hoping for. So we won't be running the stats retroactively.

Oh, and IMO, clevername, barring injuries, you got hosed in that deal.

I don't expect Kidd to last forever.

Me either, but I didn't have a PG, so I needed it.

exactly.

Richardson's got an injury history, but I felt like I needed 3's and points. And when he's healthy he's one of the better guys in the game for both.

I didn't like giving up Deng (and wouldn't have if this was a keeper), but I figure Lewis will still be a bit better than him this year and that difference makes up for whatever downgrade I had in going from Kidd to Richardson.

I think it works for both sides while both sides may still end up with crummy results from it.

Kidd's played in 80 games in each of the past 2 seasons. You're making it sound like he's Richard Jefferson or something.

Jason Richardson's the hot potato of our league.

Whoever ends up with him on their team at the end of the season is automatically disqualified.
