Kennedy hit a chopper to Theriot. Ranges to his left, grabs it, completely trips over himself and falls on his face. Base hit Kennedy.

Pujols grounds it to first, Lee steps on the bag, throws to 2nd for the tag play, Theriot can't get the tag down in time. Safe at 2nd.

I hate a lot of the Cubs, but Theriot has really caught my eye this year..

Why do opposing teams CONTINUALLY throw him pitches on the outer half of the plate that he can take that weak inside out swing and plunk the ball into right field?

As I type this, Looper has thrown nothing but pitches on the inside part of the plate....thanks Cards it only took you 7 games against these idiots to realize to pound him inside..

Seriously, I'd love to see a hit chart on this little muppet....80% of his hits have to be looper oppo jobs

Me too, not sure if he's a nice guy or not, but his overratedness and inability to field any position competently and desire to swing at every pitch and refusal to take a walk is just against everything I believe a player should be in baseball

I like that we are busting Theriot in. I don't have access to a hit chart, but he tries to hit almost everything to RF. It seems like 70% of hits are that way. Anyone have any way of obtaining that data?
