I use gamefly and have had pretty good success with it. I'm rarely waiting for games I want.

For new releases the trick is to send one of the games back a week or two before the new release and clear your queue of all games except the new one you want to get. Then you'll have an empty spot "at home" and they'll send the newly released game as soon as it's released.

I've used this to get every new release I've wanted through them.

Shipping time isn't the greatest, though it is improved now with new shipping centers opening. It used to be 4-5 days for me, now it's 2-3. Not as good as Netflix for quick turnaround, but not horrible.

I don't think Gamefly would be worth it for me. I rarely buy a new game and occasionally I'll go a month at a time without playing video games
