Any cubs fan who says they haven't been lucky in this stretch is ridiculous

Fukudome just hit a comebacker that went in Fulchino's shirt for a lead off base hit...cripes almighty
Yea you are right, pure luck....It was lucky to lose Lilly. Lucky to have Demp rocked. Luck to lose Soto for over a month.
LOL

Cubs fault Dempster got rocked, not sending him on a rehab assignment

It actually WAS lucky that Soto got hurt, cause he's been freaking AWFUL this year

Lilly I'll give you...but even then, when you're somehow getting ridiculously good starts from Kevin [expletive] Hart, I have no sympathy for an injury to Lilly
Soto had an OPS over 900 in the month of June, thats not awful. ARAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
That comebacker seemed to have turned into gold didn't it?

[expletive] unbelievable

Those games against the Nats and Reds helped. Real quality competition.

You understand that to have a good record in baseball, you beat the hell out of the crap opponents, and play 500 or so against the good teams right? Even with the Nats and Reds, a sweep isnt easy to accomplish.

Hard to believe we lost 3 in a row to that joke of an Astros team. Minute Maid park seems to be one of the only reasons they win games.

Keep it civil guys.

I suppose you learn something new every night, then. Imagine that.

Will you be doing most of your cheerleading here, or is it going to be relegated to NSBB? The "BFIB" like to root for their team in peace.

No, it's that we're sick and tired of watching the Cubs the last two weeks turn everything to [expletive] gold...

Not only that, but we're sick and tired of hearing about how the Cubs are BACK FROM THE DEAD! from all of the national media

And we're sick and tired of all the [expletive] Cubs fans who all but left their team for dead a month ago, saying how awful they were, and now they're the greatest [expletive] thing since sliced bread...

The fair weatherness of that fan base is disgusting
