Whoa, a pro-athlete married to a generic looking bimbo. Shocking.

Werth's suit reminds me of something Bruce Lee would wear.

To Arizona: Ryan Ludwick, Antonio Bastardo
To St. Louis: Jayson Werth, Chris Owings (SS prospect)
To Philadelphia: Dan Haren

Why it works: We sidegrade in RF, get our compensation picks next offseason, and aim to put together a productive platoon. We get a respectable all-around A-ball shortstop, some salary relief next year, and a better gamble on offering arbitration in exchange for one more year of Ludwick's services.

Why it doesn't work: Mo would probably rather go after Haren.

A major league source tells me that, contrary to what we've all been hearing for the past several days, the Phillies are not the front runners for Roy Oswalt. The St. Louis Cardinals are.

I've hated Oswalt for so long. It'd be great to see him in Cardinal red, but man it'd be weird.

Hmm. I would like this but Oswalt's back is telling me other wise.

Carp-Wainwright-Oswalt-Garcia-Miles would be fine with me.

It looks like Teh Little Suck might not be necessary if Lohse keeps progressing. Put Lohse in there and that rotation is looking pretty damn good.
