He was classy. As was Carwin.

Seriously though, UFC 116 was [expletive] awesome. Every fight was great. Chris Leben is one of the toughest dudes out there. Carwin-Lesnar II will happen at some point. Carwin was seconds away from knocking him out in the first round.

Both Nogueira brothers will be in action at UFC 119 in Indianapolis in September.

Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira vs. Frank Mir

I was really looking forward to making the trip to Indy to watch 119 live. I still plan to, but the rumored fights haven't been what I was hoping for. Lesnar vs Velasquez was rumored until Dana squashed it with news that Brock's wife is due to give birth in a few weeks. I also was hoping to see Rampage fight anybody. Rampage/Forrest, Rampage/Machida, Rampage/Little Nog would all have been awesome but I hear that he still has international A-Team promotional work to do.

Rumored card so far...

Frank Mir vs Big Nog
Ryan Bader vs Little Nog
Evan Dunham vs Sean Sherk
Melvin Guillard vs Jeremy Stephens
Matt Mitrione vs Joey Beltran
C.B. Dollaway vs Joe Doerksen
Chris Lytle vs TBA
Mark Hunt vs Sean McCorkle
T.J. Grant vs Julio Paulino

I'm riding a stationary bike at 24 Fitness in Huntington Beach and Tito Ortiz is working out.

Christian Morecraft vs. Stefan Struve was nuts. Unreal.

Injured or not, Silva was exposed last night. I honestly thought that fight would last about 2 minutes, but hats off to Chael. What an unpredictable sport.

someone needs to keep Sonnen away from sharp objects in the near future. That was brutal.
