I used to read Bill McClellan all the time 3 years ago when I'd take a dump at my internship. His views on local politics and happenings seemed well reasoned enough.

That's McClellan taking a jab at Cards fans. Satire is his thing, man.

Didn't read the article, but I can't think of a better roommate than "the ghost." You mean there's someone that wants to pay rent but I'll never see them? Oh noes.

Yup. I heard Stelton giving a speech about how much he likes the guy but the management just weren't happy with the ratings. After switching partners with him 50 times they realized that he was the problem. Just Stelton by himself for awhile I think.

Racist St. Louis can't deal with a black sports radio guy.

Per an article by Dan Caesar, ratings were actually BETTER when Burwell was absent from his own show.

I generally find that the whining about the media folks gets tiresome. But this was too good to pass up.
Gordon: Feliz trade is small step in right direction

Adding Pedro Feliz makes the Cardinals a little better. He has played well for championship teams, so he knows the crunch-time drill.
Reading the rest of it, found here, it's not nearly as dumb as it sounds at first. But my jaw just about hit the ground when I saw that headline and first sentence.

Gordon is far and away the worst sportswriter/sports media personality in this town.
