I have no personal issues with any mod. I just have noticed that on occasion someone else will note that a Mod was out of line...I have seen it where at times it is a Mod who was the cause of the problem. It just made me wonder what the rules are when a Mod is out of line. How do you handle it. Just a general question, not strings attached. Just a simple answer will do.

I look in to any concerns a user may have. As for how I handle it, that's tough for me to answer because every situation is unique. It's worth noting anything I do is typically behind the scenes (like almost all my moderating). Often offended posters demand a public thrashing, but typically that's not how I handle issues.

When things get too out of hand, they have to take over the "leroy mantle" and post as Leroy for 2 weeks. Michael is a cold hearted son of a gun....
