TV Thread - beware, [expletive] can get spoilery

The first episode of the new season of South Park kind of bombed. The two minutes shown on the sneak peek at southparkstudios.com were fantastic, but they were surrounded by twenty minutes of mostly crap.

The second half of Season 4 for the Venture Brothers has been outstanding.

Yeah it was pretty bad. I laughed at the "born with a plastic spoon in my mouth" line but other than that it was a waste. I can't believe it's still going, but they still can put up a classic episode or two each season and the bar is pretty low at Comedy Central.

You know what new show I'm really liking? Nikita. I'm actually pretty certain that it's really crappy television, but Maggie Q is so beautiful it makes up for it.

Kenny Powers and Barack Obama are two of the most famous people in show business, so [expletive] it.

I'm really enjoying the music in Boardwalk Empire.

You've been drunk since the season premiere.

AMC series have short seasons. Seems like, anyway.
