You can also go to the mlb.com's
Multimedia Guide to see what radio and tv broadcasts are available. Go to mlb.com. Hold your mouse above the "Audio & Video" tab and click "Multimedia Guide". Credit belongs to Beerman for posting this in another thread.

It's strange... I don't see it listed under the multimedia guide, but if you click here it says it's on tv...

Chris Carpenter makes his second start of the spring as the Cardinals head to Ft. Lauderdale to take on the Orioles today at 12:05 p.m. CT. Watch the Redbirds ace take the hill live on MLB.TV or listen to the Grapefruit League game on Gameday Audio.

They lied.
Now it says, "Chris Carpenter makes his second start of the spring as the Cardinals head to Ft. Lauderdale to take on the Orioles today at 12:05 p.m. CT. Listen live on Gameday Audio as the Redbirds ace takes the mound in the Grapefruit League game."
