Paul Sullivan of the Chicago Tribune:
déja Vu?...Jason Marquis has allowed nine runs, including five homers, in his last two outings. "What I see with Marquis at times is he starts getting hit a little bit and he wants to throw harder," Piniella said. "That's one thing he needs to work on. It's OK if he can throw the ball 97 or 96 [m.p.h.]. … He's got a nice arm, but you've got to figure out a way to get your second and third pitches over and soften 'em up."..."

lol. I would love to see Pujols tag Marquis with a 500' slam-a-lama-ding-dong.card_fan_in_chi wrote:If Pujols takes him yard the first atbat.... does he get to rename it?TimeForGuinness wrote:I call this one, "The Eliminator"...Jason Marquis has allowed nine runs, including five homers, in his last two outings. Me to Piniella: Are you new?
Seriously, how do people not know this about Jason already? It's been talked about and discussed over and over and over, yet Piniella acts like this is a revelation about the mysteries that are Jason Marquis.
