Morgan repeatedly stated tonight that he thought the Cardinals would be contending this year. He calls Pujols the best player in the game.

The Mets are a very good team. We will not contend if we have to play with tonight's outfield for long.

I don't really like Morgan or Miller, I found them a little biased tonight, but more than anything, I think Morgan really had something...sexually...for Joes Reyes, which would explain A LOT

I'm more offended by this presentation of sorts of The Natural, with Thome and Swish ...

When I think about a shortstop who plays amazing D with a laser arm that switch hits, will hit .300 with good OBP, 20+ HR power, and will steal me 65 bases a season I feel it move too.

I don't mind Morgan heaping praise on Reyes, even if I'm not a fan of Morgan OR Reyes. But when Joe says in the first inning something derogatory about Eckstein's throwing ability, and then when Reyes makes a good play "Now THAT'S how it's supposed to be done" it gets me a little bit angry. They both made the out, for Chrissakes. No reason to be a d!ck about it, Joe.

In a game involving a team dominating another team, odds are they are going to talk about the dominating team quite a bit. Unless you'd rather Morgan continue to talk about how lawn pixies carried out their plan to sabotage Taguchi.

I'm sure his purpose wasn't to be a d!ck about it and piss us off.

Joe Morgan isn't the best announcer but some of you need to relax a little bit.
