Weaver is one of the biggest idiots to come down the pike in some time. I don't know if he just let Boras do his thinking for him or if he is just his own worst enemy. Giving up 2 years of Dunc and adoring fans who will not soon forget his post season heroics for one year in the Big League outback that is Seattle. I had the idea of doing a bizzaro fanasty league, where you pick players who you think will do terribly. Things like earned runs, walks, and loses would be counted for pitchers, and strikeouts, errors and GDP would be counted for hitters.
Weaver would be a first round draft pick, for sure.
