Yeah, Dec 15th I believe and I think that is exactly what is going on. Include Nocioni instead of Noah or Thomas and also to make the money match up.

When an unrestricted free agent signs with a team, even if it is the team he was already with, he cannot be traded for 3 months after the start of the season.
