I hate Morgan, obviously, and Fielder to an extent, but really don't mind Braun's douchiness or any other Brewer. Really, I'm more concerned that the players actually don't like each other. Teams that dislike each other at the core often make for better games/rivalries. Say what you want about they're professionals, go 100% all the time, etc. But, when you hate someone, often times you'll find yourself playing just a bit harder, trying just a bit more, whatever than you typically thought you could.

As for Milwaukee fans, I got nothing but respect for them. I don't really care that football is more important than baseball. To each their own.

I don't know a single Brewer fan, so I have no issues. My brother on the other hand, has a co-worker that has been texting him ever since they started working with him about the Brewers. Even during a regular season game, my brother might get 20 texts during it. And he was really mad about game 1, another twenty texts. My brother said basically 'Congratulations, good game'. After game two, silence from the Brewers fan.

I personally don't understand the human need to rub it in someone's face because your team won. I had nothing to do with it, I just enjoy the fact that the team with my colors won. Plus I'm superstitious. Every time we get on the Red Sox about something, it seems like we lose.

I actually like all of the Brewers EXCEPT Nyjer Morgan. Fielder & Braun are good guys. I hate this new baseball tradition of booing the other team's best players simply because they're the other team's best players.

Morgan should have had a MUCH longer suspension last August when he hit a fan in the head with a baseball.

He should apologize for his ridiculous jumping-to-conclusions comments about the seating for the Brewers' families that caused the stir on Wednesday. The Cardinals actually give the opposing teams a BETTER deal, not a worse one.

I've never hated a baseball team as much as the 80's Mets. The Brewers are lightweights in that department, so to speak.

Did they do the bob n' weave after getting a first down off of a defensive holding call in the second quarter of a 3-3 game?

Most Brewers fans are fine, but I have had idiots come up to me and start screaming at me just for wearing a Cardinals jersey at Miller Park. This was at a game in 2009, way before Nyjer or really anything else. I was hanging with my friends wearing all their Brewers gear. They were embarrassed.

But OK, you can run into idiots anywhere. Put that aside. I think the whole Wisconsin/Chicago rivalry (Bears/Packers, and then the whole state vs state thing which they are always yapping about) has hardened some of the fans up there. They just take it a bit too seriously. Maybe the Cardinals vs Brewers could turn into a “friendly” rivalry, but I have my doubts. Their rivalry with Chicago ain’t friendly. Why would this one be?

That sucks. I've been to Miller Park twice and was treated great both times. On the other hand, I've been to Cincinnati twice and while the first time was fine, the second time (last August), was horrible. At both the stadium and the hotel, I was cursed at and told I didn't belong. It was very unsettling because I hadn't done anything to provoke such nonsense except wear a Cardinal shirt.

I think Brewer fans have a little brother complex when it comes to the Cardinals. I don't mean that to be condescending or anything to Brewer fans. Think about it, though. They've been the punchline for the bulk of the existence of the NL Central. The Cardinals have been the kings of the division. When one team in the division consistently hands an ass kicking to the divisional weakling for more than a decade, those fans are going to take extra pleasure in beating that bully when they finally get the chance. And they have had that chance, intermittently, since 2008 or so.

I've been there many other times and been fine, too. I think their 2008 Wild Card experience raised expectations a bit up there and raised the stakes a bit. This year will only raise them even more.
