Isn't there also a rule about offensive penalties? Like if someone jumps off sides they run some time off the clock so you can't stop the clock using a procedural penalty to take 5 years, but stop the clock?Hungary Jack wrote:It's a good idea, kind of like the 2-minute fumble rule (cannot be advanced).
