Just please not Fenton. I'm tired of everyone saying that it would be so convenient. Sure, it would be convenient... for those people who live out west. I'm in South City right off of 44 so it wouldn't be bad for me but what about everyone living over in Illinois? What about North County? What about the fans who come in from out of town and like to stay at hotels downtown so they can have fun Friday and Saturday nights and then walk to the game on Sunday?
You are taking what was a 20 minute drive on average for everyone who lives east of the Missouri River and turning it into 45 minutes for a really large chunk of Rams fans by putting it out there. And for those who like to take Metrolink, you completely cut that out of the equation. The only way to get there will be driving or cab. Sure there will probably be some type of shuttle but for me, they don't start running early enough and they tend to stop running less than an hour after games when it comes to sporting events. I like to hang around for awhile after games.
I'm being selfish but I want it downtown so that I can continue to take public transportation to games and not have to worry about driving home after drinking. The last thing we need is even more people drinking and driving after games and you don't really have a choice from Fenton. I say they build a stadium downtown and just bulldoze the Landing for tailgating. Nothing good ever happens down there anyway.

I live in South County so Fenton would be about the same for me. But no matter if you put the stadium in down town, south county, west county, St. Charles, across the river in Illinois it's going to be inconvenient for someone.
