Guys... guys. Gary Bettman. They're not contracting. Never even been a consideration.

Seattle, Vegas, Toronto, and Kansas City all want teams.

New teams in Seattle and KC. Move Phoenix to Hamilton. Move Detroit back to the Midwest division and Colorado back to the West.
