Nothing aggrevates me more when I buy tickets for a nice Sunday afternoon day game & then espn decides to get their hands on it.

Hubby and I are headed to the 8/18 game in Chicago. Seriously hope ESPN doesn't get their hands on it. Saving grace may be that the Sox & Yanks are playing each other the same weekend.

I have the same concerns about the 8/25 home game against the Braves. Maybe the Cards or Braves will hit their ESPN quota by then?

If GRB were to nominate someone to be it's official ambassador/host for foreign dignitaries visiting Cardinal games - who should it be?

I would say Doc Ellis, if not for the ankles.

Good luck, Matt! I wish I still lived in St. Louis so I could go to a game with you. Being English and whatnot, how did you decide you wanted to go to this many baseball games on a bike tour of America?

I speak 3 languages, but unfortunately British isn't one of them.
