Our problem is we occasionally get a wee bit of flooding in the back yard, like this two years ago:

I know grass likes water but I think that's too much.

When we bought our house we had to keep reminding the realtor that we wanted less lawn, not more. Our yard is a typical tiny lot with not much to mow. Even with not much to mow, we are considering replacing the grass with an easy to keep alive ground cover and maybe a small back patio. Who wants to waste time mowing the lawn?
