We have a guy that worked at Microsoft for 10 years at work, and he said it got pretty old. But damn when you get the "summer weather" as they call it, it's as pretty of a place as you will find on the planet.

This is what they don't advertise. Winters suck if you want to stay dry, but from May to November it has the best weather on earth. Even the winters don't spend much time below freezing, so if you don't mind gray skies and rain, it's not harsh.

Love gray skies and rain. Want to move there.

After 21 years in sunbaked Texas, I would love year round cool, cloudy weather. Vancouver's on the shortlist in the event of a Trump election victory. I'm not actually joking. If the dude and his supporters are all in on registering and rounding up Muslims, it's not long before they come for the Jews too.

On a tour they told us Vancouver is the 2nd most expensive city to live in the world. I don't know where that came from or if it's really true. I was just dumbfounded walking though this rain forest TEN minutes ... TEN ... from a city of 2.5 million people. I swear I could see salmon pooling up behind a riffle 200 feet above it. TEN minutes.

I prefer nature's architecture over man's, with that perspective you can imagine why I would say Vancouver is the most beautiful city I've ever seen, and I've seen a few that are in most top 10 lists.

And Catholics will be next. Which makes sense because many hispanics are Catholic. I've been reaching out to contacts in Europe and Asia. Not sure Canada is far enough away.
