One of Tenth Life's fosters were driving down a busy road and saw this guy tossed from a car. Apparently he's a lover and gets along great with other animals. Please share with anyone who might want to adopt or foster.

Only info I have:

She looks to be a Chihuhua and Fox Terrier type Mix (black with brindle mask/legs/inside her ears). Her teeth are very white with no yellowing or plaque which makes me think she is younger, but I think she's full grown.

Looks more like a blue heeler to me than a fox terrier.

Someone is a [expletive] a-hole who needs to be tossed from a car traveling about 65mph on a busy highway!!!!
