Alas no, I'll be in Baltimore/Phillie area by then. I'm in Chicago from the 9th to 11th of July and back there a couple of weeks later (26th I think) for the White Sox).

I began watching baseball in the year of the home run chase of '98 and so, for my sins, follow the Cubs. I should hit Wrigley Field around the 5th of July so am looking forward to that day!

If it's any consolation when I came out I was looking for a new team and said to friends out west I'd be looking for the team that was most like going to QPR - i.e. a team who play in an old stadium, have a proud history but who've never won anything and are currently a bunch of losers. I was told I was best off sticking with the Cubs....

Minnesotans are going to tell you that you need to go to a local restaurant to order a Juicy Loosey. Don't be fooled. It's just a cheeseburger with the cheese put into the middle of the meat, and it runs out onto your lap when you take a bite.
But do go to the sculpture park where they have the giant spoon with a cherry on it. It's a pretty park.

Just thought I'd check in - I left Cleveland this morning and will be in Cincinnati for the Reds/Cards game on Saturday.
