Kinda funny watching Bradsaw's daughter singing the National Anthem in front of a bunch of idiot Cowboy fans.

I guess the Dolphins didn't want Andrew Luck after all.longhornbaseball wrote:Really Chiefs? Really?

FWIW - Tebow was pretty good today.

Sounds like he sure did. From the limited amount I've seen him play, he reminds me of Daunte Culpepper -a huge QB that could run, but not very accurate nor good touch. The upside is the running obviously. That can be a [expletive] to defend against. The downside is that the running that skill will eventually diminish and/or smart teams will take that away and he'll have to be decent enough as a passer to make it.Socnorb11 wrote:FWIW - Tebow was pretty good today.
personally think the guy's been way overanalzyed.

That's a really accurate assessment.
The whole "throwing motion" thing hasn't been a factor, but the accuracy definitely has been. He's got the arm strength, and he can thread the needle........ just not consistently. Maybe it will come with time.... or maybe not. It's really the one thing that's going to hold him back.

The game I saw last week his throwing motion led to a stripped ball.
That said, I'm glad the kid had a good game.

Pretty good for an RB playing out of position. You might have seen his upside yesterday and good for him if he can turn a crappy passing game into a win because he's a hell of a runner.Tebow finished 10 for 21 for 124 yards, but took only one sack after taking 13 in his first two starts.

He did throw 2 touchdown passes, and no interceptions.
You have to remember that he's playing for John Fox. The passing game will never be featured (or important) as long as he's the coach.
He's 3-3 as a starter (2-1 this season, for a really bad team.
There's no doubt that Tebow has a LOT of work to do if he's ever going to be an NFL quarterback. And it may never happen.
