Right on. That's awesome. I've never seen a raven, hope I do sometime as a passive birdwatcher (thru Dad's hobby).

Those birds look like normal sized crows, but the scale of your window is just off. I didn't account for the massive lawyer corner office window adjustment and all. If only the robot sharpener had been in the picture, we would have understanding of just how big those awful buzzards are.

I could teach kids all about vultures without all the hoopla that Ameren is putting on. "Look kids, see those huge torrents of white goop all over these windows? That's vulture [expletive]. They do that after eating the dead, rotting, bloated and decaying flesh of animals. See that ugly, gnarled looking enormous bird on this perch, tapping at the glass that separates us? He's eyeing you, sizing you up. Deciding if he could pick apart your skin and eyes and eat you, too!

Learning is fun, kids!

There are about a dozen vultures outside my window right now eating and fighting each other over what appears to be the tattered remains of a possum. Good times.

EDIT: So.... mine's been taken down. But those were the first vultures I thought of as well.

I wondered about that, but I think it's sometimes best to post first and apologize later.

So hat tip to JoD.
