Yes. The Cardinals would receive a "sandwich" pick between the first and second rounds for Jackson, and they will also receive one for Octavio Dotel. They will receive two picks as compensation for Pujols' departure.
I'll cut to the chase: The Cards will have five picks before the second round should they not resign Edwin Jackson. That is subject to further change should they sign a Type A free agent.

. Here's something to consider: Cardinal players have voted on the Darryl Kile Award the past eight years. It's the only award bestowed by the STL chapter of the Baseball Writers Association of America that the players vote upon. The award is given annually to the player considered the best teammate. Matheny, Woody Williams, Cal Eldred, Russ Springer, Waino', Carpentr, Schumaker, Holliday and this year Berkman are among those who have been honored. Albert never received the award.
