Any split that has occured isn't going to affect Gateway Redbirds all that much.
So, you are getting rid of some of the riff raff then?
We haven't banned anyone in a long time. Any split that happens is not forced on our part. I just like to think that the community we have all created here is bigger than a handful of people.

Sorry popeye, I didn't realize I was not able to make an oservation, we cannot question the mods or the admin. My bad. But I ain't going anywhere, I will keep on wasting his dimes as long as he will let me! Even though I am sure I waste too much of my time here anyway.
That's not what I meant.

People asked juvenile questions in the interview thread. It was their right to do so. But it was Michael's right to call it as he saw it. Show respect, and you'll be shown respect.

I have done nothing but show respect, and you tell me if I don't like it leave? That ain't right, but I am cool with it, because when it all comes down to it, you are right, if I don't like it, I can go away. Michael, I salute you for all crap you have to put up with, and I would like to thank you for this great place to visit with fellow cards fans.
You said that it's your right to ask whatever question you want to a ballplayer.

I said that when you ask that question while representing an organization, it's their right to censor you. And if you don't like their censorship, then you don't have to represent that organization anymore if you don't want.

It's not an attack. I'm not telling you to leave. I'm saying that if anyone WANTS to leave because they think GWRB is too controlling, or too intimidating, or whatever, then that's their choice. I think the mods do a pretty good job running a clean, interesting site that's fun. If some don't agree that it's fun, then maybe they want to find a different site that IS fun for them.

I may be reading this wrong, but I don't think popeye was telling you to leave.

I think he was saying that in the context of the interview thread - each poster is a representative of this site. If the creator of this site wants to be represented a certain way, it is his call to say so. And if the poster doesn't like that - then that poster can leave.

I don't think he was trying to tell you to leave.
It didn't come across that way, but like I said, it doesn't bother me, because he is right.

Thrill: I am taking this quote word by word. That's a very bold statement. Only time will tell.

True. Everyone, including me, should remember that this is just a message board.

Let's all settle down. We value all our members and we aren't trying to kick anyone out.

I dont know if this was directed at me.

Anyway, some people do take this more than just a message board because they spend hell a lot of time over here. It has became integral part of their life. Just look at urself and see how much you all freak out when GRB goes down. It shouldn't be that way, but unfortunately for many people it is. Different people will take this differently.

I dont think I have much to add. I love this place and I'll be a regular here. That's all.
