I am out of mozzarella and had to use cheddar on my cheeseburger (Normally of course preferable, but not with a Hawaiian sweet bread bun).

Yes but no. After getting done what I needed to here, including oil change and tire rotation, I headed out 44, stopping to pick up some pig products from Geisert Farms. By the time I got there the BBQ truck was already rolled up and gone.
