Balls that could or should have been caught? I think we had a couple of those in game 6 too.

Both sides had their fair share of defensive miscues, but the triple by Freese is the 1 play that would have been impressive had it been made, even had it not been to end the World Series.

Cruz absolutely should have caught that ball. I turned to my wife after the FOX camera switched to the outfield and said "no". He clearly slows up at the track. Whether that was b/c of misjudging the ball or being afraid of the wall only he knows.

He physically could have caught the ball. He had enough time to get under the ball. He didn't. Awesome.

Game 1, Craigs ball to right - I thought that was an easier get for Cruz.

Cruz's play looks a lot easier on TV than it is in real life. An opposite field line drive directly over his head. Not hard to misjudge that one.

Not sure what the point is in going on about how Cruz should have caught that ball? Make us feel like we didn't really deserve to win? [expletive], we lost a playoff game where a completely routine ball caught our LF in the sack. There are lots of reasons and ways he doesn't come up with that ball, not to mention the insane pressure of the moment. I don't think we need to feel apologetic about the greatest baseball game of our lives.
