Brewers fans seem sad.
They thought they were getting Skubal and ended with May and JoJo for not much difference of cost. I would be sad as well.

Even if they flame out, who cares? May was a cheap flier that we were always going to flip and Romero was an impending FA that we were always going to flip. If one of the prospects works out, great! If they don’t, ok! From a win-loss perspective, I don’t think we’re any worse and we keep building the pipeline.

Unless something crazy happens in the next hour, the Cardinals don’t look like they’re gonna do anything that will help next season. If there is a season.

Who's going to pitch for the Mets besides McLean and Devin Williams?
Cubs To Acquire Clay Holmes, Tyrone Taylor From Mets For Jefferson Rojas

Before trading Weaver, the Mets waved goodbye to starters Freddy Peralta and David Peterson and relievers A.J. Minter, Brooks Raley and Huascar Brazobán in recent deals.

Here's a really helpful link that organizes all the trades from the past few weeks by team:

I'm good overall if the Cardinals only trade May and Romero. I'd also be good with them trading Stanek, Noot, or Pages.

I think Mo’s moves so far have been surprisingly good. Saw someone comment on the Angels development not being great, but just in terms of players they seem like good returns.

Bummer about Noot. But there was no path forward with him on the Cardinals.
