And Florida lost to Southern Georgia State or something.

Georgia State sounds like a fake university that they would create for a movie about college football.

That's what I thought about Texas State when they started the beginning of last season ranked.

This is not characterizing the situation correctly, in my opinion.

Edit: That is to say, just because the University didn't complete its own thorough independent investigation within 60 days, doesn't mean that it is actively trying to cover up the incident. I mean, which authorities at FSU that are trying to cover this up? What is that based on?
