For those who miss it, that's two Florida players blocking each other around the "10" yard marker. And they still get a first down run.

Meanwhile, it looks like the girl who accused Jameis Winston did not change her mind about pressing charges. Here's a really depressing story about how the authorities at FSU tried to cover this up.

This is not characterizing the situation correctly, in my opinion.

Edit: That is to say, just because the University didn't complete its own thorough independent investigation within 60 days, doesn't mean that it is actively trying to cover up the incident. I mean, which authorities at FSU that are trying to cover this up? What is that based on?
