I had zero confidence in Carpenter after the second, but he completely proved me wrong. What a performance this entire World Series out of him.

OK, I was mad over trading Edmonds, was very skeptical over the Berkman signing, and was not enthusiastic at giving up on Rasmus.
I'm at peace now.
