Some great games this weekend. I always tune into college b-ball at about the sweet 16 and realize that I should probably pay a little more attention through the year.

I woke up Saturday morning in 30th out of 91 entries in my money pool ($10 each and top 4 pay out) and realized that if the rest of the tournament went perfect for me (just my teams winning) then I would end up in second. I woke up this morning in 31st and only having Florida left. I'm done. At least if Florida wins then a friend of mine who got in our pool wins at worst a second place tie (Wisconsin has to get to the Final) so not only will she get a chunk of money but I'll get my $50 back a couple of weeks earlier and then I'll owe her (I fronted her money for the five brackets since I won't see her for another month) for a change. Although I bet she finds the time to pick up her winnings before softball starts.
In fairness, she did try and bring me the money the other weekend but I told her to not worry about it because I ended up on a bar crawl with friends.
Plus if Florida wins then I win the bracket here and collect a big fat zero dollars!!!
