A day after center Udoka Azubuike missed six straight free throws late in a loss at the Oklahoma Sooners, one apparent fan took it upon himself to help the Kansas Jayhawks with their free throw shooting.

According to the Lawrence Journal-World, University of Kansas police were called Wednesday to the dorm that houses the men's basketball team after a man kept showing up to offer "free throw advice" to the Jayhawks.

The man, who was wearing a blue-and-red windbreaker -- Kansas' colors -- had already left. The Journal-World reported police had no plans to file a criminal report and didn't say which player or players he was attempting to give free throw tips to.

Mizzou is now in the "first four out" in Bracketology after the three game skid. That'll happen when you're playing with half a point guard on the entire roster.

Well, they took the long route, but they got to 6-5.

Some interesting talk about whether MPJ returns and what you do with him.

Pearl is easily SEC COY, but what Cuonzo Martin has done since the MPJ injury is impressive IMO.

The way he's guiding this team right now, with no real point guard, two foul-prone freshman bigs, no shot creator, etc. is the most impressive part. This is the most mismatched 8-man rotation and he's found a way to make it work.

I haven't seen that conversation, isn't the answer 'play him'? They're running Geist and Van Leer for 50 minutes a game most nights so another ball-dominant guy would be a welcome sight, especially with MPJ's talent.
