This word always cracks me up so hard. I don't even know the context it's being posted in, but my face literally hurts right now.
I assumed it was in relation to IASIP, and found this in Alan Sepinwall's review:
(***) Okay, I need some comedy theory here, folks: why, why, WHY is the Wilford Brimley mispronunciation of diabetes (as "die-uh-BEET-us," which was slightly different from Mac's "die-uh-BET-us") never not funny? Why have all the various diabeetus remixes on YouTube been watched more than a million times? Why am I struggling to finish typing this paragraph without laughing myself into hiccups? What is it about that specific mispronunciation that's so damn funny?
Always Sunny is no longer a funny show. Only Charlie and Frank are still entertaining. The rest of the characters lack any comic subtlety whatsoever. 95% of the punchlines are just using dirty words for some kind of shock value which doesn't exist in the first place.
Mac has always been my favorite character, with Dee being a close second. Dennis is too arrogant and full of himself to actually be funny, while Charlie's ridiculous antics are only funny occasionally to me since it feels bad making fun of the almost mentally-disabled person.
Frank is awesome, but that's because he's a much better actor than the rest of the crew and he's gone completely over the top since he signed on. His antics I view in a different light than the others.
