Manny's is one of the better delis in town, but I don't think they are getting in sides of beef, butchering them, and curing/smoking the meat themselves. it's probably cheap stuff off a truck. It's possible they are sourcing from a good butcher in town, but unlikely IMO since they have a menu with about 200 items on it and they sell a corned beef or pastrami sandwich for like $13. Given their rent and stuff in that location there's not much chance they are using high-quality ingredients. I'd assume most everything is pre-packed and off a truck from Sysco or MT.
