The trip to Chili's was actually on Sunday when Mrs. Wart and I took Stinky and Smelly out back to school shopping.

While I'm sure it's a campy movie, the dolphin in the picture is Hope, the "star" of Dolphin Tale 2 that comes out Friday. Me and the family attended the Clearwater Museum Aquarium when Winter, the dolphin that was the main focus of the first film, was being rehabbed. She wasn't available to the public as they worked to keep her alive and adjust to the loss of the end of her tail.

The CMA isn't an aquarium in the sense that most people assume it is. Its mission is to rescue, rehab and release injured sea life and other animals. When we went 7 years ago, there might have been 15 visitors. When we went this summer, there was several hundred. After the first movie premiered, they had days of over 4,000 visitors. The work they do is amazing. They've made no money directly from the movie, but they've inherited buildings built on site as well as the countless promotion from the movie itself.
