It would be more realistic if the calculator randomly burst into flames, destroying all the accumulated wealth in a nanosecond.

They should change the game to include different financing schemes, such as LBO's, securitization, and stock warrants. The game will be built around a bubble economy where no one knows exactly when the bubble will burst, and the goal will be to buy and flip enough property to accumulate the most cash while getting out before property prices crash.

Lobbying costs extra. If you are unlucky and land on the wrong square, your Congressmen gets indicted and you lose your lobby privileges.
