What say you, GRB?
Must admit, this whole situation is odd. Yet -it is not surprising he could be bullied - considering the league appears to have more than it's fair share of overgrown adolescent millionaire roid-rager gun-toting narcissists.

I have seen guys driven from the job because of maltreatment by coworkers. Did this Jordan guy take it to ESPN and the greater media that he'd been "bullied" right away or did he try to put up with it for a year and a half?

I think he assumed it would end once he stopped being a rookie and it didn't. He also might have been sticking up for the rookies because it sounds like the Dolphins were especially bad about making them pay for stuff.

You can be emotionally abused regardless of size. And his size doesn't mean much when the guys doing the bullying are just as big or bigger and he's outnumbered. I think a lot of the fake tough guys passing judgment probably made up their mind when they heard the initial story about him taking a lunch room prank too seriously and haven't wavered even with more information coming out. Sounds like a pretty textbook hostile work environment to me, even if that's supposedly the norm in the NFL. Judging by the reaction to Riley Cooper, I sincerely doubt what this guy was experiencing was in any way normal.

Aaron Rodgers injures left (non-throwing) shoulder on first drive from scrimmage as Packers lose to Bears, 27-20:

Waiting for Erik Bedard to tweet his condolences.

This guy either completely misunderstands the concept of bullying or is trying to put on a 'tough' front.

Bullying, imo, involves the use of fear and intimidation (emotions everyone has, even big guys) for personal, ill-gotten gains. Rather those gains are emotional, financial, social status or a slew of other things is irrelevant. And, it's also irrelevant how big or strong someone is. If their safety (I didn't know 300 lb guys were invulnerable) is being threatened, that's not right. Whatever it's called.

It sounds like harassment to me. Incognito needs to be brought up on charges.

Incognito also needs his ass kicked.

I really wish society would get their heads out of their collective ass on bullying. Stop giving the bully so much power. We need to teach kids that what a bully says means nothing. Just because a bully calls you stupid, or ugly, or tells you nobody likes you, does not make those things true. We also need to take a harder stance on punishing the bully. Kids and adults should not have to live in fear of some jackass harassing them all the time.

Interestingly, most "bullies" actually are the most insecure and pathetic individual involved in these types of situations. But, they have other advantages that seemingly cover up their inner weakness. Incognito probably battles feelings of inferiority on a daily basis that noone but he knows about.
