What happened to Rolen? I don't have a good feeling about him being called out at 2B on a single and then removed from the game.

(The mind can run wild when all you have for information is the sloths running Gameday.)

Which is what the optimistic Cards fan has been thinking and hoping for since he was signed. It's great to see, at least in the early going, that this is a real possibility. If healthy (which is a sizable if), Wells fits into this infield defense perfectly.

You typed that in blue....not sure what that means.

If it wasn't meant to be sarcastic, though, I'm in total agreement.

I'll worry over this 'til we get a report he's fine. Even then, I'll still worry.

Dan, you should have noticed by now I always type in blue.

The sarcasm font color is (supposed to be)
dark blue.

Sloppy game. 3rd error of the day, this one by Spiezio at 3rd allows Bynum to score making it 4-1. :?

Headed to Bottom 9, 4-1 Orioles.

Edit:

And a very snappy bottom 9 ends the game, though Taguchi did have a ground rule double to left, and Bennett a walk. Bozied ground to the shortstop to end it.

4-1 Orioles.

J-Rod & Duncan ground out, So hits a double, Bennett walks, but Bozied can't drive them in.

Game o'er.
