not sure about everyone else out there but im sure JRod and Duncan could have done that
I would imagine Duncan could have played about the same as Taguchi in LF, and at least get the ball out of the infield. I'm trying not to get too disapointed because, as you say, there are 162 games in a year.
I don't think there's any way Duncan makes that catch at the wall, but seeing as Taguchi didn't either, yeah, Duncan couldn't have done any worse tonight.

Gooch had a terrible night tonight.

Just not enough pitching to get it done.
See ya next year.

Yeah, and we're stuck with him. I just think that Tags is done. He didn't have a great skill set to begin with, and age catches up with weak hitting CF'ers awful fast.

And, no, I'm not basing that opinion on one game. We've saw signs of it last year as well.

I actually enjoyed the game. Not the losing, of course, but I really enjoyed watching baseball that matters. If only there was a game tomorrow. I really hate this day off after opening day schedule.

Taguchi should not be on the team.

Skip Schumaker = So a few years ago.

Get rid of him. Maybe Wilson can give him a ride to the airport and follow him back to Japan.
