didnt get to watch much of the game myself as I was at work, but being that I work at a casino I did get to catch it from time to time...

paid close attention to Looper and have to admit he did good... me and one of the guys I was working with kept a close look on it and both said he did a lot of what Suppan did last year but with a little more power... sure he allowed some hits, but he gave up 3 runs in 6 innings to a very powerful Mets team...



and yeah Preston lost the ball in the lights :^o

John Maine was anything but average last night. I'm not talking about the results - I'm talking about the actual pitches he made. He was absolutely outstanding. I only really bad pitch he made that I can remember was to Wilson. The guy was good, very good last night. You have to give all the credit in the world to him.
