Excellent misdirection by Pujols.
That's true. He then turned Rick Horton's Dasani into wine.

In fairness to Lidge, he should have been out of that inning without any runs scored. Rolen made him pay for the shoddy defense.

Excellent start by Wells. Get more economical with pitches. But good start.

Nice to see AP get on track...hopefully.

Wells has got some nasty stuff. When he can command it, he's good. Hit the ball better AND got some breaks that were past due.

Every time we play the Astros Garner's stock goes down with me. I'd have to put him right at the bottom of the heap with ingame strategy. The guy just loves the IBB. Down 8-0 and he can't help himself. Good grief.

Pujols now has 17 homers in the juice box, most of any opposing player. And he hasn't even been playing the entire time that place has been open.

Hopefully the apocalypse will wait until he's finished his HOF career.
How in the world did he get on that subject?

Was this a response to a question from a reporter?

Rick Horton started talking to him about Easter.

Iirc, Rick Horton is very religous. I think he is involved in some type of "Athletes for Christ" or something similar in St. Louis.
