I have read and re-read what he has said and fail to see anything to get upset about.

The guys a great player, if he stays healthy in Boston he'll be a great player there too, and the fans will love him. If he's hurt and on the DL for half of the year they won't. It's pretty much that simple with him.

Personally, I'd welcome him back with open arms, especially with what we run out there everyday.

We're in really rare form as a forum.

All I can say is that JD clearly is not being paid for his cognitive abilities.

I'm not upset about anything he said -- it's not anything to get upset about. But I do have to wonder if J.D. was asleep while attending classes at FSU, or asleep while playing with the Cardinals.

Can anyone honestly sit here and tell me that's not one of the stupidest things they have ever heard come out of an athlete's mouth? It isn't THE stupidest, but it's mighty dumb.

I will wager that 99.5 percent of fans of collegiate and professional athletic teams pull hard for their team and don't want the other team to succeed. Hello...that's SPORTS! Not only is it a statement of the painfully freaking obvious, it's not even close to being true of Cardinals fans.
