It's worse than 25 or 6 to 4.

The score of the last 3 games. And 25 or 6 to 4 was a song by Chicago.

Your never as bad as you look during a slump, and never as good as you look during a streak.

And that's good, because right now they look real bad.

My November worries about pitching are starting to resurface. Interesting to see if Reyes can build on a decent outing and a half tomorrow.

I really feel for Looper. He's exceeded all expectations to start the season, the only pitcher who's won since 4/8, and was a close friend of Josh's from all accounts.

The money makers need to step it up. When you look at the few bright spots there have been on this team, it's the low $/low expectation guys.

spring training seems so long ago

our rotation consists of 2 young guys who have never proven anything as mlb starters, a guy who hasn't done anything productive in 5 years, a career mediocre reliever, and right now a couple of scrubs trying to fill in for an ace.

there was always the potential for this rotation to go bellyup, and right now its not looking so good.

You've hit on something I was thinking about, that is a little out on a limb and may appear insensitive--- but elite athletes like AP probably believe they are invincible and the sudden death of one of their comrades hurts them at a deeper level, because they are not only losing a friend but also that invincible feeling. Albert will come roaring back but after a painful period.
