Pound for pound Reyes is a better fantasy player but Utley provides more value as a secondbasemen. Contrary to popular belief, shortstops that can hit are relatively easy to find in fantasyland these days. Secondbase, not so much.
QFT. This trade works out to trading a first and a second rounder for a first and about a fifth or sixth.

While that's true, I'm actually a big fan of Lackey, and I see little reason why he was falling pretty low in a lot of draft. I intentionally targeted him before the season in both of my leagues, got him pretty low in both leagues, and he's performed as well as most of the 1st and 2nd round picks.

I have a few closers:
Huston Street
Jonathan Papelbon
Salomon Torres
Al Reyes
Brett Myers
I really need a starter.
Hmm, do you have any of my starters in mind? I'll take a look on my end.
I like a lot of your starters actually. Bonderman, Hill, Lowe, Maine, Vasquez, and to a lesser extent, Garcia and Vargas. It depends on which closer you like. Obviously I'd want a better starter for a Papelbon as opposed to say Street or Torres.
Does anyone have any extra outfielders they'd like to trade, especially if they'd like to upgrade at 2nd or 3rd? Take a look at my roster, I'm dying over here for outfielders.

I'm looking for an outfielder or thirdbaseman with some power. I have a surplus at short and really anyone on my team is available for the right price. Shoot me an offer and maybe we can fiddle with it and work something out.
