Of course there will be wind. There is always wind up that high. The jump pro can control the parachute to account for it and still land exactly where he wants to.
True but I'm talking about strong winds.
You make an excellent point. I'm sure all those experienced skydivers have never accounted for wind and go up in any type of wind condition. Good thinking waiting for calmer winds.
