Other than the music that zeus mentioned (or will mention), the best music stopped being made after the Last Waltz. Everything else sucks.

Dancing in the Dark is a great song covered in feces.
Somewhere there's a synthpop cover of Atlantic City that will probably literally be the suicide death of me.
