Mike McCarthy is the most accomplished crappy coach in history. Every dollar he's ever made belongs to Aaron Rodgers.

I havent been watching much NFL lately until today. But this doesnt make sense. Yeah, I've seen McCarthy screw up, but probably because he is in so many big games year after year, while drafting from the bottom.

Also, he was big in promoting Rogers over Favre. That could have worked out terribly. But here we are.

Also, injuries- seems like packers able to find ways to deal with better than others.
